Description
The town of Fairview has been experiencing waves of violence and conflict among the college students there that almost seem to come as if they were carried on the wind. As the kids act on their rage in increasingly primal and barbaric ways, the wind sweeps higher and higher. Soon, the wind could be strong enough to wipe out the town-if the residents don't do it themselves.
